Pre-launch draft, not a final legal notice. Cleo’s operator identity and contact details, service providers, and data-retention arrangements must be confirmed before launch. This document describes the current prototype, not a production service.
These draft terms describe the pre-launch website and prototype. Final service terms will need to identify the operator and be reviewed before a live launch.
What Cleo is today
Cleo is a study-coaching product in development. Screens and examples demonstrate a proposed experience. Authentication, coach responses, and calendar connections in the current prototype use mock services. Planned features may change or never be released.
Waitlist requests
The waitlist form prepares an email request; you must send it from your email app. It does not confirm registration, reserve a guaranteed place, set a launch date, or create a payment obligation. No paid subscription is created through this page.
Study support, not guarantees
Cleo is intended to support planning and reflection, not replace your judgement, your institution’s requirements, or professional advice. Check dates, deadlines, and study recommendations yourself. No particular grade, admission result, amount of sleep, or wellbeing outcome is guaranteed.
Using the prototype responsibly
Use fictional data in the demo. Do not upload confidential course material, personal health information, credentials, or someone else’s information. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with other users or systems.
The prototype may change, become unavailable, or lose local data. Do not rely on it as your only calendar, deadline record, or storage location.
Your material and external services
Only provide material you have permission to use. External services, including your email provider, operate under their own terms and notices. A final service agreement must explain any licence needed for uploaded material before an upload feature is launched.
Final terms before launch
The operator, eligibility requirements, support contact, applicable jurisdiction, cancellation terms for any future paid service, and dispute process remain to be confirmed. This draft does not waive statutory rights or establish a final liability limitation. Those provisions require legal review rather than assumptions.
