In my experience as a Coach there is a fine line between both personal and business coaching and whilst you may choose to focus on one aspect more than the other, they are often intertwined and never function as distinct entities.
In short, personal coaching focuses on personal development, such as increasing self-awareness, improving relationships and discovering what you want out of life. Business coaching, on the other hand, focuses more on the development of professional skills such as leadership, communication and career progression. But like I said, in our session together we will inevitably traverse both, just as we do in our daily lives. If you feel like you could benefit from my support coaching you then please do get in touch, I look forward to working with you!
What can I expect from Cleo Coaching?
I pride myself in building collaborative partnerships with my clients and during our time together I will act as a facilitator to help you shine a light on your own internal motivations, ideas and resources in order to achieve your desired goals. My approach is based on research which shows that people are generally more likely to create long lasting behavioural and cognitive change if it comes from their own ideas rather than someone else telling them what to do. With this in mind, our work together will be bespoke to you and guided by you. I will facilitate and create the conditions for you to do your best thinking, which will be underpinned by relevant theory, research and practice models (and hopefully some fun too!).
